At first site Riverwind Apartments seemed great but looks can be decieving. Yes, the rooms and the entire apartment is great in size but there are many downfalls in this apartment. First of all, the walls are paper thin EVERYTHING can be heard whether its your own apartment or another apartment adjacent in the same building. The air conditioning cannot be controlled by the tennants, there is not even close to enough visitor parking, and it seems as though everyone always has ants. The gate NEVER works, the jacquzzi NEVER works, and the mail people are complete idiots.
Besides all of these issues, the manager at Riverwind apartments, is the most unprofessional RUDE and unfair person I have ever met. I have witnessed her curse and scream at residents and treat her employees EXTREMELY rudely in front of residents. And they claim to have a "roommate matching" system, NO they have nothing they put you in an apartment where there is an open room, in order to fill their quota.
Aren't you suppose to do everything for the "customer" well not at Riverwind apartments, all the manager cares about is getting rent and "electric overage" fees. They also charge you for EVERYTHING wen you move out so don't plan on getting an of your security deposits back. RIVERWIND IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
