Ok riverwind is honestly not that bad. Everywhere you go around UCF you are going to have the same sort of complaints....I like my apartment. My roommates and I have never had to pay extra for any thing (ie electric overages etc..)Plus the clubhouse is great and the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours.
