If you have a social life and plan on having some kind of a party in your apartment do not live in Riverwind. The Seminole County police are supposed to be circling the area for our "safety." Instead, they harass everyone and are incredibly rude. Mangement is constantly on your case about stupid things and overcharge you for everything. Also they give people that work in the front office master keys to the aparments so they can show the model. I know a girl who had one and quit there, yet made copies and has access to everyone's apartment. If this got into the wrong hands, we would not be safe. There is nothing positive about this place. Do not live here unless you have no where else to live.
