Do not waste your money on this place. There are so many issues here. You get charged overage fees for electricity every month. They only allot $150 for 4 people, which is asinine. The gate at the entrance is always broken. The management is horrible; they are extremely rude and unprofessional. The only person that is decent is Vickie. You can't control your air conditioner temperature. You have the option of on, off or heat or maintenance can "fix it" by changing the temp 2 degrees. The maintenance here is the worst they never fix anything in a timely fashion or correctly. It took them 2 months to change a refrigerator light. The walls are so thin I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do. Management and maintenance just walk into your apartment anytime unannounced. In fact management has walked in on me naked. No one I know ever gets their deposit back probably because they have already spent the money. The minute you give them a deposit plan on never seeing it again. My friend's car got towed when it was in a space next to visitor, because the other 30 visitor spaces were full. The last month you live there, if you decide not renew, maintenance will not fix anything unless you are renewing.
