I, personally, have had a very poor experience with Riverwind. The management has treated me extremely unprofessionally. They have "lost" my move in - move out checklist which is the benchmark for how much I will get fined for damages at the end of the year, and without it, everything in my apartment will be expected to be in new condition, even though almost all of the furniture is two years old or older. This has just been an over-all terrible experience, and as such, I would not recommend Riverwind to anyone looking for UCF housing.
