Riverwind might have some downfalls but HONESTLY what college apartment complex doesn't' The sizes of the rooms are great, already furnished and u have ur own bathroom. i lived at jefferson commons and could not STAND how thin the walls were, here its not bad at all. they don't really tolerate parties so its never really noisy. managers wherever u go are going to be a pain in the ass but deal with it, that's life. people come to college and live on their own expecting to be pampered like they were at home...grow up. riverwind is the best place ive lived at in the past 4 years here in orlando and im happy with it even with some of its downfalls.
