Parking sucks, neighbors suck, management sucks, everyting about this apartment complex sucks. The pool is always dirty, the jacquzzi is always green and lukewarm, parking for your friends is nonexistent, and the management are pieces of trash. They do not have valet trash service, which isn't that big of a deal, however if you want to leave a couple of bags on the balcony for a day or two until you have time to take out the trash you will have to pay money. Those so called security cameras that are there to protect you from autotheft, probably spie on you instead. Because if you so much as had more than 4 people in your apartment at one time the cops will come. Oh yeah and there are only three settings to the air conditioning. Off, Cold, and Hot. You cannot adjust your thermostat. And if you want to you have to go to the office, and there you can only adjust it to 70 or 73. If its at 73, it feels about 93. Therefore you have to keep it at 70(actually 0, and receive an overage charge on your electricty. LIFE IS WONDERFUL AT RIVERWIND. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
