I was all excited about living here with my friends! We thought we had it worked out after many trips to the office. But in the end I get an EMAIL for my room assignment with people I don't even know listed. We tried to straighten it out. But the office gave us 4 different stories about what went wrong. One of my new roommates was nice. The other two weren't. They were all friends when they moved in. I don't know what kind of a matching system they have in place, but it obviously didn't work. I ended up subleasing and leaving halfway through because i couldnt deal with it. I was one of the lucky few who got some of my security deposit back.

My apartment was a mess when I moved in. Yet i still had to clean it to perfection when I left (and still had to pay a cleaning fee).

My roommates who werent my friends were horrible.

The front office was always a pain. Not nice to me or my friends most of the time.

Parking is far away for visitors.

The best part of the whole experience was months later one of my ex roommates got evicted!!

It is a great place to party however because usually only the security officer or neighbors tell you to be quite. Generally not the cop.

So take your chances with this one if you want.

I had the same problem with roommate matching. You're so lucky you got out to sublease. I tried for months but eventually gave up and waiting for the end of the lease. I didn't get anything back from my security deposit, even doing the same thing as you and cleaning it better than how it was in the beginning.
