Ahhh-let's see...where do I begin' I think things started off well & just managed to go downhill after 15 seconds.

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms

Maintenance - They were pretty good about getting things fixed...the issue was getting someone in the office to actually write down your problem & tell them about it. You'd think that going there in person would be more effective, but calling will get things done more often than going in person. (Ludicrous) Sometimes they announced who they were when they walked in, other times they did not. Your best bet is to keep your clothes on & door locked all times.

Managers - Willing to assist males who've helped with Riverwind resident "parties" whenever they have a concern/problem, but if you are a female with a real problem, please expect to be talked down to/not taken seriously/blamed for the problem you needed assistance with. Expect to be told that "it'll be taken care of" & count on the opposite.

Office Staff - Just because you wear a uniform and sit behind a desk does not mean you know what you're doing. I have personally witnessed a member of the staff write down a resident's issue on a Post-it & assure the resident that their issue will be resolved only to come back to the same unresolved problem. They'll hire anyone.

Issues w/ roommates - Don't even bother. You need "proof" for problems & I don't even know what that means. They'll be willing to "help" if it involves you switching apartments because that means they get to charge you $200. If your roommate is evicted, they do not change the locks, nor do they check to see if the room is empty of all their belongings. Apparently you can be evicted and still live in the apartment.

*If you move in with a group of your friends, the experience is a lot better, but if you encounter problems with your roommates...you're basically S.O.L.
