I love Riverwind. I have lived here for 3 years and have never had any problems. As long as your friends park in visitor at night and you aren't causing any problems you will be fine. Its the people who think they can do anything they want and there are no repercussions that end up unhappy. There are way more people that live here that love it than those few who don't. The furniture is nicer than most and overall it is one of the best college apartments around.
