Other than the parking this is an awesome place to live. The maintenance is nice to them if you just talk to them. The only real probelm i find is the parkng but that's expected around UCF. This is by far the safest complex near campus. Just dont get caught with cups by the Seminole county police. I'm sure not everyone will have as good as an experience but I love it in the complex.
