Also on a side note... has anyone noticed all the posts here that are like a sentence long' Like this one. "luv it, close 2 skool, happy 2b here!@ Riverwind" I have a feeling the rating is only at 40% because of employees. I doubt anyone who actually lived there would rate it 5/5.

Moving out was HELL. They decided that a month before we moved we would be inspected for damages and a full walk through would be done (even if you weren't there). I hated the year I was stuck here (see my post earlier). Here's why even leaving, which should have been great, was still bad.

Anyways... even though I was hardly home, not a fan of using the kitchen or living room, I managed to somehow rack up a $368 charge of cleaning and destruction to their property. They don't want to pay for anything. That includes the what I thought was mandatory, steam cleaning of the carpets. Apparently I left the carpets so dirty (even though I vacuumed before I left and never split a thing) they charged me to clean it. Also stupid little things like apparently the walls were dirty' I have no clue how I managed that. The living room gets to be completely redone now (which needed to be done probably years before I was even there) because they charged us for a new couch, new tables, etc etc. The couch was never used. Neither me or my roommates got along enough to be in the same room much less use the living room. I actually couldn't use it because I have bad allergies and the couch was probably old and accumulated tons of dust). I actually asked for a invoice/recipe proving they replaced the couch. Of course, no reply. Didn't expect one really.

So... unless you enjoy spending 300 on repairs (I actually had to spend about 500 over the course of living there) plus 200 in power (for 1 out of the 4 people)... I don't recommend this place AT ALL.
