The only good thing about this complex is the shuttle bus service and the nice big patios. Parking is horrible and if you come in past 9 at night expect to have a walk to your apartment.
My roommates and I have had constant problems of mold, bug infestations, and eroding furniture.
The office tells you all these great thing they offer you and when you move in none of its there!!! AKA no HBO and the office staff hates writing down your problems for the maintenance to see and come help. Oh yea and they don't have security anymore they fired the guy. And if you look in the lease they say they provide him, and they'll tell you they provide security but they are not obligated to do so.
It took them 2 months to get u s a new microwave! Are you serious'
They tell you the amenities they provide are always available and they are usually just available when the office staff is. The maintenance are very nice but having the office notify them of a problem is the hard part. I kind of feel bad for them because they are always getting blamed when it is not their fault.
The walls are super thin and the neighbors are usually loud. If you have already signed a lease I'm so sorry. Expect to be paying about 30-40 dollars in overcharges a month per person. When you move out you probably wont be getting your security deposit. They say no pets but everyone has them so if you have a pet i wouldn't worry too much.
There is so much more but I hope you get the gist.

The community simply needs new management and upgrading would be great. So very happy that my daughter NEVER moved to RIVERWIND !

obviously you don't pay attention because everytime I have entered the community there is a seminole county deputy sitting on property watching as residents come and go.....if you don't call that security well then i dont know what to tell you. Again as stated above you don't pay attention because the office as well as ammentities are open until 10PM....you want security why don't you go live at PEGASUS i hear they have "rent a cops" to cover their grounds....hmmm i wonder do "rent a cops" have the ability to arrest people...no i think not!!! Atleast here if something EVER happened we have ACTUAL COPS on property to take of business.
