BUGS, fake staff, constant mold growth in your shower and toilet (no cleaning/chemicals will take care of it) Maint. did replace the grout in my shower once but within 2 weeks the black mold came back. Apartment is good size and parking isnt as bad as other places -- oh and trash sucks bc if you live in the back you have to drive it bc its way too far gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
