The trash is always overflowing from the compactor so it smells, especially during the hot summer months. The pool is always filled with trash and the grounds are kept up with every once in a while. We had broken glass all down our hall for like 2 months before it was cleaned. The noise is crazy, and not just during weekends. Office is good about getting things fixed. It's ok... good if your a late nighter.
