This property has spacious, clean, apartments with views over nice landscaping, 1 block from UCF campus. Of all my past apartments and my friend's apartments, this is the nicest. The staff here is extremely friendly and genuine and actually lives here too! The rest of the community is neighborly and respectful of one another. The rooms, bathrooms, closets, kitchens, living rooms, and balconies are all well above average size. Power bills run about $130-$150 and water is about $25-$40. Parking is open (friends don't have to walk from a visitor lot) and parking is ample. Most apartments only have 1 shared wall, so noise from your neighbors is much reduced.
