This place is definitely not for someone who is out of school and gets annoyed with college kids. Living here has been horrible. These UCF kids are loud and rude. Within the course of 5 months my car has been vandalized and my license plate frame was broken off my car, then when i put another one they stole it. The walls are really thin and if you live near the stairwell you can hear every person coming up and down them stairs. If you come in late good luck finding parking near your unit.

This is clearly a college apartment in a college environment.. it doesn't take rocket science to figure that out. This is a great place to live for college students! It's definitely not as loud as many other apartments I've been in and the vaulted ceilings on the third floor really open the apartment up. It's definitely one of the better places in the UCF area by far.
