First of all, let me say that Tivoli is BY FAR the worst place I have ever had to live in my ENTIRE LIFE. Tivoli's management is HORRIBLE and extremely rude. They refuse to replace disgusting old carpet. There are stains and filth throughout the carpet in the apartment and still they refuse to do anything about it. I, along with all my roomates, are EXTREMELY organized, clean people, still there are roaches EVERYWHERE. I have lived in numerous other apartments throughout orlando and oviedo and have NEVER had a roach problem until I lived here. Also, if you are looking for a quiet, private place to live, FORGET IT. Tivoli's walls are so thin you can here the person in the room next to you like there wasn't even a wall between you. It is so bad that I never get any sleep b/c if anyone is talking in the kitchen or living room it wakes me up. Also, if you are living in a 3 bedroom, beware of the back room because the air conditioning does NOT reach to the back room AT ALL. My boyfriend lives in the back room and we turned the A/C down to 70 degrees, waited two hours, and then checked a thermometer in his room and it was 85 degrees!! My bathroom is the size of a small walk-in closet, and the tile had mold on it when I moved in. Finally, cars get broken into CONSTANTLY here. About a month ago a car's windows were completely shattered and broken into a few cars down from mine.
I do not know who in their right mind would recommend this crap hole, and I am convinced that it is Tivoli's managment writing any good reviews. Tivoli USED to have good managment until last year when they switched to an extremely rude, unprofessional joke of a managment. I went in TWICE asking to speak to the person in charge, left my phone number, and NEVER got a call back. All in all, Tivoli is a disgusting, bug infested apartment complex with horrible, rude managment.

well you should have moved out as quickly as possible and stop complaining there are people who dont have anywhere to live at all!! and you want to be picky well news flash you should have never moved in retard its common sense!!!
