I've lived on campus in Academic Village, in Pegasus Landing, Riverwind, and Tivoli. Tivoli is by far the best apartment in terms of both price, quiet neighbors, apartment quality and staff. It's still a college apartment though, so you WILL have noisy parties once in a while.
