This is by far the best as far as close to UCF student housing goes. No matter where you live the noise is going to suck. The maintenance staff is awesome, but the front office staff suck. Good parking. Cheaps buildings, you can hear everything your neighbors do. Washer/dryer huge full size excellent. The A/C is cold, but depending on the vent layout it might be hot as hell in your room, freezing in another. Poorly lit parking lots. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
