I lived in a 4/4 with some friends for three years, and we all had a positive experience. You all get a bathroom and a pretty large bedroom. The floor plan is a little boring, but definitely spacious. There's always parking. Maintenance was pretty good about fixing our AC unit, a noisy dryer, and re caulking our tubs. The only problems I had:

- These walls are paper thin, and everyone hears every little thing. I can hear my neighbor clear his throat in his bedroom at night
- No pet policy
- The mail is sorted and distributed very late in the day
- Crappy appliances, but they work
- While the AC is fine, the ventilation is kind of awful, so some rooms will be a lot warmer than others

Overall, the place is easy-going, affordable, and close to campus (free shuttle, too). It really is a great value if you're willing to put up with other college students throwing parties every night.
