There is a reason why they are giving people $3,000 to sign. The day that you sign that least they will suck it all back out of you.
Tivoli is getting old. The hallways are getting dirty to the point that they cannot be cleaned anymore. Do not be fooled by the apartments that they show you when you do your walkthrough. The one that you actually live in will be very different i.e. under maintained and dirty. The day that you sign your lease is the day that management no longer cares about you.
If you of your roommates leaves, you are left to pay the difference in rent. The rent may seem cheap but you are much better off just moving into a house. They will screw you on your security deposit and take every dollar possible. I would not live here again or reccomend it to anyone. Oh yeah, PEOPLE get ROBBED all the time and help up in Tivoli.
