Extremely expensive for cheap apartments. My dishwasher fell out of the wall because it was not screwed in at the top. Ongoing construction with banging on the windows early in the morning. If there is a maintenance issue they will argue with you and try to get you to pay out of pocket to repair something. They will charge you to replace the entire carpet at move-out even if it was left in good condition. The staff is also extremely snobby and rude.
