I love living here. The apartments are roomy, the staff is nice (and no they aren't as good as when it was Riverstone, but Equity is still doing a good job), maintenance is always fast to fix an issue. The construction doesn't happen anymore as the complex is now finished, it wasn't when another reviewer posted. The only main issue I have is that the back exit breaks every now and then, but that isn't the apartment complex fault. Good place to live! I'm single and have a 2/2 that I love. Great place for families as well as singles and the occasional college kids (and all are very respectful). I'd recommend in a heartbeat.

I'm guessing you ARE a college kid since you think they are all respectful. Just today I was at the pool with my son and forced to listen to a conversation where the people were apparently trying to see how many times they could say the F word in 10 minutes or less! Not to mention that every weekend the fridge near the pool is filled with beer and everyone is sitting in the sun getting drunk and loud like it's a night club or something. I have nothing against drinking beer - just do it on your own patio with your friends, so the rest of us don't have to put up with your obnoxious behavior. Being respectful would include noticing children are at the pool and acting accordingly. It would also include not blasting your opinion of "good" music to the point where it's actually painful to the ear and impossible to have a conversation. You've probably never had noisy drunken folks stomp by your bedroom at 4am when you have to get up early the next morning - again not respectful behavior.
