I havent been here for too long but this place is beautiful!! the grounds are always so clean and nice and these apartments are just wonderful. they feel new and clean and the day i moved in i was already invited by a neighbor to come over for coffee. The staff is actually pretty nice and the layout of the 3 bedroom apartment is awesome! This is definately the BEST apartment I have ever lived in and I've lived in a few of them. I must have quiet neighbors or something because I never hear them and this is definately somewhere safe for you and your family. As far as I know a state trooper, 2 police officers, and 3 correctionsl officers including myself live there, and probly even more than that that i don't know about yet. Not to mention that its gated with a security alarm system inside each apartment. You cant beat it!

How much did they pay you? Yes the apartments are new and beautiful - BUT the "gate" is broken more than it's working. And the pedestrian gates are a joke - usually kicked in or broken. Oh, and those "courtesy officers"?? I'm still waiting for a call back from them - instead I took the risk of chasing about 12-15 people off the playground at well after midnight - I'm not even sure if they live here. They very well could have walked in through the huge gap between the side gate and the fence. Give it some time - the beauty of the apartments won't outweigh the wacko things that go on once you've been here a while. Oh, and the beautiful grounds? Wait a week or two, the dog owners will start leaving dog crap eveywhere once again as usual.

I agree with the response. It seems nice but the gates are always broken. A few months ago, my boyfriend parked his sport bike in the parking lot overnight and it was stolen!!! I couple weeks after that they started keeping the gates closed during the day. Also the walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear everything, especially when you upstairs neighbors come home late at night. The floor boards crack and are squeaky, so even just walking can wake you. Other than that its a nice place to live.

I've been here since april now and yes the gate was broken which sucked (thank god its fixed now) but other then that I havent experienced any problems. It's almost expected to hear neighbors once in awhile. I mean its an apartment for crying out loud. If you expect to hear silence at all times I suggest you buy a house in an acre or more of land.
