Please take advice - This place is a rip-off. They tried to slap us with a lot charges of damages that already existed in the apartment. I also had before and after pictures with date of newspaper. I won my case in court also. The sad part is I noted those damages on a separate sheet of paper at time of move, which they said the never received. Lucky for me I had the pictures. Dont move in!!!!! The price is too high. Right now the people is moving out because the price, the maintainance crew is diligent. The apartment no have luxury features. Next to Elmhurst is Barrington Place and Loma Vista and the price is nearly 500 minus and the apartments looks new.

Great place to live... I have lived in many apartments in the Oviedo area and have to say this is my favorite. If you have children you will be blessed with top notch schools. Very conveniently located within walking distance to Brewster s, McDonalds, Tijuana Flats, and Barney's

Do not rent here The place is run down...for example, the surface of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets is peeling off...ours even had some scotch tape on it when we moved in. Maintenance is slow and horrible. New management is totally incompetent and rude. Worst apartment I've ever lived

No problems here I have been here since Aug 2008. The mantience and office staff are friendly. They work with you if you just communicate with them. My service request gets taken care of in a reasonable time frame. The property is pretty big so i understand that some people might have problems
