THE GROUNDS ARE EXTREMELY MAINTAINED,LUNDRY ROOM IS NEW,MY APT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM PLUS IT INCLUDES HARD WOOD FLOORS,IT SEEMS TO BE VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD,AND FOR WHAT IT INCLUDES,FREE WATER,CABLE,24 HOUR SECURITY ETC.I LOVE LIVING HERE,IT HAS TO BE THE BEST KEPT SECRETS IN PALM BAY!AND FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD MORE THEN 90% OF THE APTS ALSO HAVE BEEN COMPLETELEY REDONE,BUT THEY RARELEY COME AVAILABLE.SO FAR I BEEN VERY PLEASED!
