I've lived in lighthouse pointe for almost a year and I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out here. I have been going back and fourth with maintenance since the day I moved in for the same five problems that never got fixed right the first time. If you plan on moving here get a good pair of walking shoes because there is no way you'll be able to park close to your apartment. The sprinklers spray onto the stairs and walk ways instead of the grass so you have no choice but to walk through it and you smell like that well water for the rest of the day. There are not to many friendly people here either.
