Management doesn't give a damn.
They will tow your car if you leave it parked i n the same spot. Airconditioning is intermittent at best. Feral cat colony war with feral raccoons. Pool is rarely clean. Tennis courts and fence are trashed. The entire building shakes with the train which is so loud you cannnot hear people talk on your patio and runs all hourse of the night. Car thiefs are currently making a run on cars but management didn't bother to tell anyone.
