Not worth the price increase!

This place is ok for people on a budget. However, due to the price increase, I do not think it is worth it. When I moved in mid 2005 they assured me that the place was being repainted... still no work done there and its late 2006. There is hardly any parking on weekends as it seems that everybody's guest stole your spot. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THE LOUD TRAIN THAT IS LITERALY ACROSS YOUR WINDOW. The apt. vibrates everytime the train passes (which is EVERY 10-12mins approx.). They have sketchy people living there... AND THIEVES WHO STEAL YOUR MAIL!!! Management does nothing about complains.. they nonchalantly refer you to the police to deal with it. There is water damage from the hurricane, which the mgmt does not deem necessary to fix. Loud kids playing around your car.
