This place is HORRIBLE. It takes them FOREVER to fix anything and when they do try to fix something they have to come back 10 times to get it right. There is mold in many of the apartments and the grounds are NOT maintained. My family has been so sick over the past 2 years. After looking around and pulling up some carpet we discovered mold......shouldn't be suprising though after 10 leaks. They dont replace broken ac units or appliances.....they just go get another old one from anotherunit Its not a good place for a child to run without getting hurt. The management is a JOKE and the management company doesnt give a hoot about you but just your money. ANY time you try to place responsibility on them they turn it around on the resident. I live here to, for over a year and you are right. I have mold in my apartment also. They refuse to fix anything and lied to the better business when I made a report about them, saying that i have never made any complaints. Anyone that lives here should file a complaint against them. You can do it online at the bbb.
