I had a lot of problems with Maintainance Staff- work orders for some insane reason were never found & they could never fix the problem. They said they would come back on the same issues and never did.
A/C would stay broken for months- and when appliances would break down- they would get the ones from the vacant apartments. They also have a huge mold issue dating back from the hurricanes. All they do for that is send a maintainance guy out with a can of spray paint to cover it up!
Management kept being changed- every time you walked in to pay your rent someone else was there- and they were the "manager" at the time. The property managers were rude & obnoxious.
When I first moved there- the managers & staff were great. Everything changed when they started bringing in other people.
