Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE! The rent is around 25 to 30% higher than similar apartments in the area. To top it off the maintenance of these apartments is absolutely dreadful. They claim to have monthly pest control. That is a complete and total fabrication - everyone I've talked with that lives here has a raging cockroach infestation. Mold and/or mildew is commonplace. Work orders are taken and then nothing is done about them - you can complain, and months later nothing will be done about it.

The only reason that parking is now adequate is that soo many tenants have fled this hellhole. And the only reason I felt remotely safe is that I am armed to the teeth. On more than one occasion I have chambered a round into a handgun as drunken/drugged youngsters have mistakenly attempted to force their way into my apartment thinking it was their friend's apartment one building over.

As far as noise goes - well you have train tracks on one side of the apartment complex and you have US-1 on the other side - take your pick, either way the ambient noise level is excessive - don't plan on ever opening your windows. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Yes, yes, yes! Exactly. Noise from trains, car alarms, inconsiderate neighbors, dog crap everywhere, roaches, theft and crime, mold and mildew, crappy management, poor lighting and no parking. You can find reasonably priced apts elsewhere, this place SUCKS!
