Needs new management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Although the place has large apartments and great potential, the current on site management does not take care of the facility. The grounds, apartment repairs, and other common areas need a great deal of attention. The maintenance team never fixed my fridge or rain damage from T.S. Fay. Rates too high for what you have to put up with.
