This place is OK. In other words you get what you pay for. It is income restricted so when I first moved to town without my wife I fit the income bracket, however now that we both are there and working we cannot renew our lease. Try and live at the front if you can, the back area is full of drugs and crime. The inside of the apartments are not very clean. When we first moved in all they did was paint the walls and vacuum the floors. There was still dirt and trash swept under the appliances where they did not move them to clean. The amenities, pool/gym are only open when the management company is there. All of the staff were always very friendly and knew me by name. However I did have an issue with the lady that cleans the common areas (private contractor), she was very rude to my wife and I when we went into the club house area after swimming in the pool. She yelled and threw a fit and told us to get out because she was setting up for a party (no signs or anything posted) and didn't want anyone in there. While I was there I only had 1 maintenance issue; my air conditioner broke. It did take a while for them to fix it but it was only because it rained for 2 weeks straight. Overall it's ok. Not the best place in the world, not the worst. The cops are always there for something. For example Last month someones car got all the windows broke out. However, no one has personally ever bothered me and I have never felt threatened there. The walls are a little thin but so are the walls in just about all apartments being built today. The interior of most of the apartments is getting old. Many of the cabinets are poorly constructed and the fixtures are cheep. The linoleum will also come up from the floor if you mop it too much.

Makes me wonder if i should move in there. i dont want me or my family around drugs!

my mother lived there for 2 years and a friend also still lives there and have had no problems except kids hanging in the stair well on weekends but where else do they have to go?

i agree with the first coment, this place is horrible, its filled with drugs, crime, and rude low class people!!! if you are looking for a good enviorment for children this definately not the one, look elsewhere
