I have lived in these apartments for a year. Although the layout is nice, and it;s a big apartment, the management is awful (if you can call it management), and has changed hands twice in one year. I've had a sewage leak in my bathroom roof from upstairs for 10 months, it still isnt fixed! I keep hearing someone will be there tomorrow but it never happens. Neighbors are inconsiderately loud all day long and into 4 and 5 in the morning it still goes on. Nobody has been here to look at the damages from the hurricanes and I have stucco falling off the ceiling. Dont rent here unless you have to. Completely incompetent.
