I still haven't gotten the things repaired from when I signed my first lease. Had a problem with a leak from the upstairs (toilet and shower) urine. Took over 6 months to fix, and then was not fixed properly. Just painted over the black mold. Black mold in the closets, bathrooms and corners. Also very buggy. Ants, roaches and spiders.

Drug dealers galore, though I think the new managment company is trying to get that under control. Outside is looking better, but still ignoring the basic needs of the longer-term tenents. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

if you are still living here i would like to talk to you we are haveing the same problem your story sound just like mine. we called out a mold inspector and we talked to the owners of our place and when the bought this place she said that all dry wall was suppose to be ripped out and we told her that was clearly never done she is pissed off and is takeing care of management and builder.

Actually, I moved out as soon as the lease was up last year. My whole family had to visit the doctor for upper respiratory problems... I hope you get your problems resolved, but from my experience it will be a long time coming.
