have lived in palm bay club apts for two years. worst place i ever lived.for two years i have been trying to get a old appliances replaced. has been under new management for several months by new management company.. worst management company i have ever encountered.they will not replace, fix or repair anything. faulty smoke detector was removed a year ago and never replaced. manager was informed twice but nothing was done about it. my ac ran out of freon 8 times in the first year i lived here. water leaks and and old wore out appliances are a just a few of the problems. . the new management here ignores mainteanace request's. many residents have moved out because of them.very unethical and unscrupulous.new management has been selling these apartments to independent owners.recently mine was purchased by a person who did not know condition of the unit.have tried to get the new owner to understand the problems in the unit. problems are not mainteanace personel fault. their hands are tied. management is the problem. worst apartment experience ever!!.
