the place is covered in maintnance problems and nothing ever gets fixed we have mold among other tenants, there are electrical problems , the place is an absolute nightmare and so is management she is so fake . she will tell you what you want to here to shut you up . you can ask over and over for something to be fixed and nothing gets done. several tenants have gotten health problems because of the mold in these places and no matter what proof you show them they shrug you off.

the ceo and vice ceo of the management company that manage those apartments are as bad and worse as the manager.on their website they have had their photo's blurred out so no one reconize's them. they did this because of the many phone, e-mail and letter complaints they were getting and not responding to.we later learned they manage and help sell those units to south florida residents as investments under a "selling out america" goverment program.these new owners are responsible for repairs on the unit and if you get one where the owner won't fix anything and does not speak english your out of luck. many long time residents moved out because of this. yes,it is a very bad place to live.

we went to a lawyer , we had a paper she gave to us giveing them 15 days to fix the apartment correctly or we would with hold paying them rent wich we did and they did not want to fix the mold so we saved up some money and moved out and recieved our deposit back and there was no penalty against us leaveing early. this process did not cost us anything except for sending the legal letter certified mail.if you would like me to send you this letter please let me know how i can help.
