In the number of years that I have lived here it is getting worse and worse. Management has changed 3 times since I have lived here! They will not fix any problems at all! Leaky ceilings, Mold, Broken A/c units, fire hazard appliances, fire alarms that will not work. They have no one hired to clean the grounds so the entire place is dirty and full of trash, full of drugs, No lighting outside works so everything is dark. They have one person that is the maintenance but will not come when called. The Current Apartment manager will tell you what you want to hear then as soon as you leave nothing will get fixed. You can go to county records and see how many times the police were called to apartments especially now that the units are being sold to people the tennentants can not find out who owns there apartment the manager will lie every way she can not to give out the information. If you call the police its possible they will not come because they can not see on the property to know which unit to respond. Again check county records for prof of that. If your planning on moving here just drive around and see all the empty units with the windows wide open wich have been like that for over a year getting rained in and nothing being done about it. Just drive around units and talk to anyone you see and they will tell you the nightmare there having living here. Since the new manager lady has taken over at the office in the past year and a half only one time has someone come out to cut back the shrubs. And since she has taken over not one time has anyone cleaned the property. Just look around and you can see filth everywhere. Any complaint you have and want to take it further you better legally document it yourself the office keeps no record of anything. Most a/c units need to be replaced. The maintenance man was fired because when someone would calla bout there a/c unit including myself the female apartment manager in the office would tell you it needs freon and she would send the maintenance man out to fill it several times a months when someone complained about it being illegal how they were doing it they blamed the maintenance man and fired him. The same person that was fired still has the master keys to all the units and never was any of the locks changed on the doors another example of how nothing gets fixed. So living here you run the risk of being out and having someone break into your apartment and stealing your things. There have been reports that the same maintenance man while working was stealing tennents medicines out of there apartments. Apartment manager was notified by several different people about drug traffic she came out for one call of a strange gas odor (we don't have gas on the property) She comes out and she her self expresses hope this inst a meth lab and then with us finds a crack pipe under the stairs. She tells us not to worry she will handle the problem right away she has the maintenance man take away the crack pipe. Nothing was ever done. Another tennentant complained to her why did you remove the crack pipe we wanted to call the police. She denied to her face that she had it removed which I was standing right there when she told the man to remove it. Three days later the crack pip was returned. 2 months later after confronting her about it someone claiming to be the president of the complex came and took it away saying I should have called the police. If you check the records I called three times the police they never could find the unit and the pipe was removed so it became pointless. My car was vandalized 4 times this week and when I called to ask why the light wasn't fixed outside after being broken for 2 years and finally not working at all she hung the phone up on me. This is not a safe place for children or for anyone in that matter. Again you dont have to take my word for it just drive around the complex and ask anyone you see.

i feel your grief. i lived in that hell hole for over two years. my unit (and i do not care to say) was bought by a immigrant who did not know what a piece of crap of a place he bought. he relied on what that witch of a apartment manager always told him. i would call him down in miami to try and get him to fix things and then he would call the manager for advice. man did they grease that guy into buying that dump.but he was from a third world country anyway so he probably thought it was a good deal. the manager was the most unethical person i ever dealt with. my ex apartment there was full of problems. wore out appliances, water leaks, mold, mildew. the ac unit was 25 years old and completely wore out. the place was crap. i got out of there last march. also to blame was the management company who the manager worked for. the ceo and vice ceo had their photo's blurred out on their website so no one would reconize them because of massive complaints. they would not return e-mails,letters or phone calls. they were low life scum.

I lived there also and I had similar experiences too. The Lady Manager, was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She did not care about the property or the tenants; she had no respect for people or people??s property. In one occasion I went on a business trip and when I came back she had gotten into my apartment and took some of my clothes, I have never seem my clothes again. This situation and the lack of good maintenance made me make the decision to leave. It was not a safe place to live. Do not move there, this place needs it own police department inside.
