SINCE THE NEW OWNERSHIP THEY STARTED RENOVATING ALL THE APTS & THE GROUNDS BECAME EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED & THEY ADDED A PLAY GROUND PLUS A SITTING AREA WITH A WATER FOUNTAIN PLUS THEY ADDED LOTS OF NEW PLANTS & TREES.ITS & EXTREMELY QUITE COMMUNITY.IT ALMOST FEELS LIKE LIVING AT A RESORT!I LIVED HERE FOR MORE THEN 10YRS AND I NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY SINCE THE NEW OWNERSHIP.THANKS,GO SEE FOR YOUR SELF!
