I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 4YEARS AND AM MOVING IN A WEEK. IN THE TIME I HAVE LIVED HERE, A HOMELESS WOMEN AND OTHERS WERE LIVING IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL DRUG BUSTS, THERE IS LOUD NOISE ALL OF THE TIME AND TO TOP IT OFF, MANG. DOES NOTHING!!!!!! WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE BACK IN 2001 IT WAS OK, BUT SINCE THEN IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL. OH..AND MY NEIGHBOR WAS JUST ROBBED THE OTHER DAY AND HIS APT. WINDOW WAS BROKEN INTO AND HE LIVES NEXT TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM!

Dito! mold mold mold every where no one seems to care. where is the health code people? The old mgr. Angela's husband said he was gonna kill a renter for telling on her for taking money that wasn't hers. The new mgr. is the same way. Just wants your money and won't fix anything!!!

I have been very happy living at Palm Side. The old management was always friendly and helpful and so is the new. My checks are scanned every month so no cash has ever been accepted. This is a lie. The only down fall is all the degenerate residents standing at the mailbox waiting for their government hand outs (our hard earned money)between the first and the third of the month. They can obviously afford a computer to spread lies but they just aren't capable of working.

Some truth. I was there. Homeless lady was in laundry room. Maintenance man caught here on night on his own time. Called police and trespassed her. The third time she came back same maintenance man had her arrested for tresespass -- END OF STORY! Apartment was robbed too. But it was an inside job to collect the insurance. I was the silent witnessed that reported it, saw it and was confided in by the police. As for the noise. Close you windows and turn on the AC you cheap loud mouth. building 240
