Maintenance is non-existant and manager was just fired for embezzlement, only to be replaced by a more dominating horrid wretch. Mold throughout all the apartemnts, poor plumbing, sad a/c. moldy, dirty carpets, holes coming from the outside into the interior. They have several residents in litigation and really need to bulldoze the dump down. Also don't fall for the two free months rent "special"...it never happens!

Sour grapes. I've live at Palm Side for many years and now reside out of state. I left for family reasons, but have no problems with my residency at Palm Side. When work order was requested my me the work was done within two/three days. One maintenance man large property -- do the math. Property management though now gone handled property effectively. No embellzelment, the people are too drugged/drunk to handle their finances/responsibilities. Residents are pissed off because new management is enforceing leases to the letter. I met her before I moved, she is nice & professional. Small handful of residents are " low life " and can't survive without someone elses assistance (you know the gov. programs). Their signature on the lease, all though worthless, still binds them to the lease. No sidestepping to get out of responsibility to pay. Thats all they know is to steal, lie, distort and make false statements to smokescreen the fact that they spend all money on their Looser lifestyle. On many occations, I refused to answer my door when hate mungers( selected few residents)come knocking. Thats all they do because these few don't work, haven't worked and are not planning to ever work. I give Palm Side three stars. NC

I wouldn't necessarily give Palm Side 3 stars, but you know what? You get what you pay for! The management was nice when I started and she left and they got another, and Treva is just as nice if not nicer! Willing to work with you on anything! Ya sure the maintenance is lacking but only so much ONE WOMAN can do! And she's doing her best. I thought it was bad so I left after my 1-year lease, 3 days later I was back and Treva accepted me back and renewed with open arms! I don't foresee me leaving anytime soon!
