I could not wait to leave Palmside Apartments! When I moved to Florida, Palmside Apartments was one of the only quick options I had. I moved in to Palmside and was immediately greeted by a flea-infested room. I tried to notify the manager, but she did not respond until I sent her a note stating that I was charging them for the money I spent on pest control products. The room should have been cleaned before I moved in, and it was apparent that it had not been. I left Palmside and never looked back.
