I have recently become a resident. It is ok the apartment we live in seems nice. I know others who were unhappy with the maintenance and the fact that there is hardly anyone ever in the office. The pool was finally fixed. There are a lot of pot holes in the road and bugs seem to be really bad. Other than that its pretty quiet and the people seem really nice.
