Never Again!

I would not recommend these apartments to a homeless person! My move in date was just the beginning- when i went to move in i couldnt because the carpet was so nasty i wouldnt let a cockroach touch it, so i then had to fight with management to get new carpet, i eventually won but the new carpet wasnt much better than the old stuff! Then we had A/C problems, yes thats right the biggest nightmare to someone who lives in florida in the months May-October- our AC leaked all over everything in the closet which included a $2000 engine rebuild kit which the apartment complex did nothing about and we were told that the drain pan was over full and that they fixed the problem-wrong! the AC leaked about 5 more times and started to give off a terrible odor which they said was not their problem, i eventually had to write higher in management to get out of this apartment complex because the smell was so bad it made my dog sick! I eventually got out but not until i fought with management and higher and told them i wasnt going to pay rent on an apartment i couldnt live in!
The worst part of these apartments was when we had very large carpenter ants falling out of our ceiling at 11:00pm and when we talked to the complex about it they told us it was not an emergency and to wait until the bug sprayer comes out again, which was not an option when you have an entire ant colony falling out of your ceiling into your bed room! They sprayed several times and it never killed the ants. The problem was fixed by putting silicon glue over the hole! To me that is not an adequate fix!
If you have children, a nice car, or any personal items that you dont want stolen i suggest that you look at a different apartment complex because this is not the one for you!
The only good thing about these apartments was the the neighbors were nice!
