Good Experience

I lived there a year in the back (phase two). It was very quiet because of the concrete construction, and my neighbors were always nice. I was sad to see the woods that surrounded the back area to be removed, but that wasn't in our communities control. Our manager fought against it for the good of the neighborhood, but big money means everything to local government of course. Maintenance team always friendly and quick to the rescue. The management there is simply awesome. The apartments are spacious for what they are, but they are a little older. The rent is reasonable. The only thing is the closet in one of the bedrooms is used to house your washer and dryer should you want one. I'm sure it was an after thought at some point, but I was glad that it was there. Overall, it's a good place to live. If you decide to move there, try to make sure your apartment is in phase two if you cherish peace and quiet. You'll be glad you did.
