I love living at The Pines. The staff is always very nice. The maintenance staff addresses problems quickly. For the price, it's a GREAT deal. You are allowed to landscape in front which allowed me to have a nice garden which reminds me of my time in a house. It makes it feel more like home when you have your own things growing in the ground. The apartment is small, which would be the only drawback, but then again, I have a LOT of stuff. If you are low on "stuff", this is a great place to live.
