I lived in the pines a few years ago and it was the worst place I ever lived and they are trying to unlawfully keep my deposit. I had snakes coming into my apartment from a hole on the side of it and maintenance or the manager really couldn't do anything. We killed one and then encountered 2 more!!! Then maint. decided to foam and clog the hole on the outside without even knowing if they had trapped the snakes in my apartment or not!!!! The Manager, TOM, well he started off nice but when it came to the BS he and the nosey A&& neighbors were doing to get me out of there... I wanted to go off. My stove also BLEW UP ON ME TWICE!!! I'll be taking him and AIMCO to small claims court. He also has a restricted breed of dog of his own out there but says his dogs "were grandfathered in". KISS MINE- he has 2 not 1, but 2 chows and those are one of the most dangerous dogs. I always had problems and maintenance as well as tom were going in my apartment. They just don't know I know. I had to do surveillence on my own apartment with sound recordings to find out!! The prices seems good but DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!

Thanks for your review. I am planning a move from New Hampshire to Florida and I know that I will definitely be staying away from The Pines. I think I would die if I saw a snake come into my apartment!!
