i lived here for about 4 months, we were told that with our deposit they were going to fix the things that were messed up. our balcony was old and we had a friend come over with their 3 yr old and was holding on to it and almost fell (we lived on the 2nd floor) then after Fay hit us they finally went to fix our balcony, as they were doing it they realized that the apartment also had mold and TERMITES!!! they did not want to offer us another apartment or a hotel for us to stay in for the 4 days it took them to tear down the hole back wall. we also had a roach problem and the weekend before we finally left the downstairs neighbors shot at the roof and the bullet ended up in our apartment...people would also steal our clothes from the laundry room.
